Description

The 34-acre vacant parcel of land bounded by Victoria Avenue, Van Buren Boulevard, Cleveland Avenue and Gibson Street will soon be improved with neighborhood park and sports complex facilities.  The project includes providing 3 lighted baseball fields, 8 lighted football/soccer fields, restroom and concession facilities, and 200+ on-site parking stalls to support the sports venue.  In addition, a portion of the site will be developed as a neighborhood park, with children's playground, picnic shelters, basketball courts and passive recreation areas.
